InvalidationQueue

Collects dirty RecomposeScope instances and drains them in insertion order.

Enqueue, inspection, clearing, and draining are synchronized. Duplicate scopes are coalesced, and compacted draining removes descendants when an invalidated ancestor already covers their work.
